Tailored Specifically for Product Leaders of Growth Companies

Product leadership is the hardest job in business. Your team must make every other team as effective as they can be in reaching your company’s ambitions. And it often seems like you have to be an expert at everything. Many in your position lack a safe environment for sharing or fresh eyes for perspective. Time is short for building a support network or getting feedback on decisions before committing to a course of action. The High-Growth CPO Forum is here to help.

Forum members meet quarterly for a full day with peers from similar-stage, non-competing companies. Working in complete confidentiality, Forum members collaborate to address timely, member-specific issues by using the most relevant, proven growth frameworks and tools.

How It Works

Each quarter, CPO Forum members meet to:

  • Present and learn about best practices

  • Get frank, confidential input from high-caliber peers on your most pressing challenges

  • Discuss topics like market trends, product management tools, customer engagement, sales enablement, and team building

  • Create action plans and milestones to build accountability and improve performance

  • Report on actions, experiments, and results in follow-up sessions to get ongoing support in reaching outcomes

  • Invite guests to join meetings to enrich areas of importance to members
