These tools work best when you follow up to understand the needs behind the feature requests. Many ideas, in fact, may be attempts at solutions to the same problem. Reach out to your voters to understand what problem they are trying to solve and why it is important to them.
And make sure you are listening to your best customers, the ones that drive your growth and profitability. Make them deliriously happy and they will attract more like themselves.
