To minimize this, have a regular roadmap meeting with your stakeholders. The output of this meeting is a set of themes or customer problems to address in upcoming quarters, including the necessary discovery work before development begins. Set expectations about the appropriate times to bring up new information and requests. Update your roadmap regularly based on this alignment. Other tips?
