Now, don’t all talk at once. Sometimes you have a lot of stakeholders who all want different things from you, all at the same time. Sigh.

What to do? It depends on what phase your product is in:
Brand New Initiative: gather stakeholders to share perspectives before committing to a plan. Assign everyone pre-work to save time.
Around Launch: office hours and consistent communication so stakeholders feel they can reach out to you.
Mature Product: create an intake form for stakeholders to submit requests at any time. Publish a cadence for reviewing requests so everyone knows what to expect.
What do you think? How do you manage the chaos?
See you in New Zealand
