ONE THING on Unmeetings

The higher up your stakeholder is in the organization, the more difficult it can be to get their time and attention. For the most elusive stakeholders, consider an Unmeeting.

An Unmeeting is an informal conversation when you can’t arrange a formal one. These generally take place while your stakeholder is doing something else, like walking between meetings, getting on a bus, or playing company ping-pong. Meet them where they are, but don’t be a creep. Got any Unmeeting stories? See Chapter 2, People, in Aligned: Stakeholder Management for Product Leaders.
