ONE THING on Roadmap Parking Lots

When running a roadmap meeting (or really, any meeting), I’ve found it useful to set up a “parking lot” list of topics that should be saved for another day. This helps keep the discussion on track by parking distractions for later.

Make the parking lot list visible to all participants and announce when a topic is being added. I’ve had good luck with Slido and Miro for parking lots, but any collaborative software will do, or even a white board.
