Which department in your organization really leads? It may not be clear on your org chart. What is the dominant culture of your organization? Is the company sales driven (Balmer’s Microsoft)? Engineering led (Google)? Is marketing calling the shots (HubSpot)? Finance (D&B)? Design (Apple)? You’d probably know if it was the Product department (Slack).
