Hallway conversations are great ways to connect with colleagues outside meetings, but it's hard in our remote world. We like messaging on a personal channels - Slack, WhatsApp, Text, etc. - to start a conversation. Then, if you need a higher bandwidth channel like voice or video, ask if they have a minute to chat about what’s on your mind. This is 1000% more effective than asking for a meeting that needs to be scheduled.
